When things feel heavy or unclear, this is a space where you don’t have to filter what you have to say or hold it all together. I work with people carrying trauma, navigating difficult relationships, and trying to find ways to process successfully.
We’ll take time to be real about what’s going on, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and look at how it’s showing up not just in your thoughts, but in your body, too. The pace is steady and intentional, focused on helping things feel clearer and more manageable as we go.
I believe therapy works best when it feels real—like a conversation where you’re actually being heard. I work by slowing things down enough to notice what’s been happening underneath—what your thoughts are doing, how your emotions show up, and how your body responds. From there, we start to make sense of the patterns that keep repeating and what’s been keeping them in place.
This isn’t about rushing to fix things. It’s about making space to understand what you’ve been carrying, and finding ways to work with it that feel honest and sustainable for you.

You care about emotional safety, honesty, and genuine connection. You’re not looking for quick, temporary fixes or surface-level coping skills—you want to understand what’s actually been weighing on you. At some point, just getting through the day stopped working, and you’re ready for things to make more sense. You want to feel more emotionally and mentally balanced, with the ability to face and tackle those daily life stressors and unexpected situations that can feel overwhelming.

What types of therapy do you offer?
Who do you work with?
I provide counseling using a blend of approaches, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), and Brainspotting as well as Christian-Informed Counseling. Sessions are tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
Yes, I'm in network with many major insurance providers, but it depends on your state. For clients using other plans (HSA) or self-pay, I provide transparent fee information.
How do I know if therapy is working?
Therapy is an active process. Progress looks different for everyone and can include breakthroughs, setbacks, or moments of self-discovery. You get the most benefit when you engage fully and apply the skills and insights outside of sessions.
How long is a typical session?
Do you accept insurance?
Most standard therapy sessions are 53-60 minutes, which aligns with typical insurance coverage. This varies, so it’s important to check with your insurance plan if you choose to go that route.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and patterns that feel hard to break, especially when things from the past are still showing up in the present. Sessions are collaborative, real, and paced in a way that actually feels manageable.
At this time, I can only work with clients who live in Arkansas, South Carolina, Florida, Idaho, and New Jersey (NJ is self-pay only).
